Dave Luna
OwnerDave began drywalling when he was 17 and got into the exterior construction industry in 1985 on the product side doing inside/outside sales for USG Corporation. He began roofing in Northern Iowa in 1991 after moving there the previous year, and he and his crew completed over 500 roofing projects in a 10-year span. In 2001, Dave began doing storm damage after a major storm swept through Mason City, Iowa. His focus has always been taking care of the customer in all aspects, particularly guiding them through the insurance claims process, easing the stress and working with adjusters to ensure they get everything they’re owed. Dave established Armor Construction in 2009, three years after moving to the Twin Cities area. He’s been an accredited member of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) since 1994, with an A+ rating in both Iowa and Minnesota (since beginning work in the state in 2004). Having experienced all sides of the business in his 36 years in the industry, Dave prides himself on working with integrity, transparency, and always in the best interest of the customer. To do so, he’s established long-standing relationships with crews he trusts and knows to be reliable and customer-focused. He also believes in providing a company culture that feels like family, hiring quality people and fostering their strengths, individual growth, and future goals.

Casey Chisholm
Operations Manager, MNCasey joined the Armor Construction team in January 2020 as a Project Manager and was promoted to Operations Manager on August 1, 2020. Before Armor, he was working in the industry as a contract Project Manager. Casey also worked as a foreman in concrete foundation installation for five years, as well as 20 years in landscape design/sales and operations. Casey’s biggest strengths are his extensive sales experience and his leadership, training, and customer service skills. He’s passionate about working with and helping both his customers and crew, constantly learning, and using his knowledge to build a stronger team. For him, the best part about working at Armor Construction is feeling valued for his individual strengths and what he brings to the company. He appreciates the trust and freedom Dave gives him to operate in a way that works for him and knows that Dave is always there for advice. The supportive environment Dave creates is one Casey maintains with his own team, doing all he can to help with their individual growth and success.

Bob Glick
Operations Manager, IABob joined Armor Construction as Operations Manager for the Iowa division in March of 2021. With over 30 years of industry experience, he began roofing homes full time when he was 17 years old. He started a business/partnership at just 22, during which time they roofed hundreds of homes and commercial buildings. After five years, Bob moved onto his own business with the primary focus being storm damage restoration for the entire home exterior. Bob’s biggest strength is his ability to expedite work orders and provide a smooth, stress-free storm damage process for customers while restoring their homes to like new conditions. He takes pride in his work and relationship with his crews, ensuring that everyone respects each property as if it were their own and that every project exceeds expectations. Bob has a passion for developing a relationship of trust and understanding with each customer and making his projects move as efficiently as possible.

Shannon Olson
Office & Project Manager, IAShannon recently joined our Iowa team as Office Manager and Project Manager. She brings over 25 years’ experience to Armor Construction with various proficiencies in business management including invoicing, accounting, and many years of sales. Shannon has been a great addition to our team with her extensive experience, strong organizational skills, and drive to learn something new each day. She strives to help ease clients’ stress when dealing with storm damage and other home exterior projects. What she enjoys most about her position is the variety in her day-to-day tasks and waking up knowing each day will present new challenges.
